The former shipyard Rechlin is still firmly anchored in the region. We have set ourselves the goal of bringing a focal point of this former institution - the company restaurant - back to life.

We want to preserve the unique character of the building. Supplemented by modern technology and interior design, we want to create a timeless meeting place. A meeting place, equally for the local public as well as for the guests of our region.
With the concept of indoor water sports, we would like to counteract the deficit of leisure activities, especially indoor activities. For years, the trend sports wakeboarding and wakesurfing enjoy growing popularity, especially in younger target groups. The focus in our indoor water sports center will be on these two sports, but we also attach great importance to flexibility in the use of the sports facilities.
Water skiing, wakeskating, stand-up paddling, foiling, paddling and even windsurfing and sailing will also be possible. With the first indoor water sports hall in Germany, we are also bringing these trend sports to land, and making them possible at the Müritz in an environment that is independent of weather and season.
To meet this demand, we are creating further complementary infrastructure in the indoor water sports center. On parts of the 3 floors of the former company restaurant, an event area will be created, which will make it possible to hold dynamic events in the Hafendorf Müritz. The orientation of these 3 rooms is specialized in dance events, concerts and shows. In addition, the rooms can be booked individually or together for celebrations of our guests exclusively.
In the immediate vicinity of the sports facilities, there will also be a restaurant to give athletes and visitors alike the opportunity to find some serenity while watching the action and to enjoy modern, uncomplicated cuisine.
The entrance lobby of the hall is to become the central contact point in the building. In addition to the centralized administration for the offers, our guests will find all kinds of equipment for water sports in a board store here. The focus here is on the trend sports in our water sports hall.
